Burro di Bufala aromatico

Ingredients for one loaf

200g Buffalo Butter
20g fresh thyme
20g chives
1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
1/2 lemon juice

Steps

Leave the Buffalo Butter at room temperature, until it has a creamy texture. 
Chop the herbs and mix them with the butter, the lemon juice and the mustard seeds, to obtain a smooth mixture.
Take a sheet of parchment paper and place the Buffalo Butter in the middle.
Shape into a cylinder, using also some film, if needed, and let it rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Once the Aromatic Buffalo Butter has firmed up, you can enjoy it spread on bread, or combined with other ingredients in your recipes.
