SHIPPING TIMES

To ensure punctuality and freshness, fresh products will only be shipped on Mondays , Tuesdays and Wednesdays .

Consequentially:

• orders received on Monday will be produced and entrusted to the courier on Tuesday ;
• orders received on Tuesday will be produced and entrusted to the courier on Wednesday ;
• Orders received from Wednesday to Sunday will be produced and entrusted to the courier on Monday .

For any shipping requests outside the days indicated, please refer to the WhatsApp chat available on the site .

Guaranteed delivery within 24/48 working hours for Italy from the time the order is taken over by the courier.
Guaranteed delivery within 48/72 working hours for Europe (France and Belgium) from the time the order is taken over by the courier.

COURIER INFORMATION

For shipping, the products will be entrusted to the best certified courier , selected from time to time based on the specific needs of the order (place of delivery, order or not of fresh products and other specifications regarding delivery).

Please note that, for reasons beyond the control of the bufala.shop portal but which refer to the management of shipments by the couriers, delivery may also take place beyond the times indicated.

SHIPPING COSTS

In Italy the shipping cost is € 10 if the total cost of the order is under € 59 . For orders over € 59 , shipping is free .
The shipping cost for Europe (France and Belgium) is calculated based on the weight of the products placed in the cart.
