Crema pasticcera al Dulce de Leche

70g Buffalo Milk Dulce de Leche
100g sugar
30g flour
1/2 litre of milk
Vanilla or lemon rind, as needed
4 egg yolks


Put the egg yolks and sugar in a pan and mix with a wooden spoon.
Add the flour a little at a time, continuing to stir, until the mixture is well blended.
Continue to stir and pour the boiling-hot milk a little at a time, and a little bit of vanilla or lemon rind.
Now add the Buffalo Milk Dulce de Leche and continue to cook on low heat.
Continue to mix and let it boil for 3-4 minutes. You will obtain a smooth custard.
Pour it into a cup, ready to delight any palate!
