Insalata agli Sfilacci

4 servings

80g Campania Buffalo Strips
360g mixed salad
200g cherry tomatoes
1 fresh cucumber
1 fennel
1 carrot 

Steps

Wash and dry the salad, then chop it. 
Cut the cucumber and fennel in thin slices.
Add the tomatoes cut in half.
Cut the carrot into strips and season as desired.
After seasoning the salad, add the Campania Buffalo Strips on top of it.
